At Cheap Bed Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bedroom furniture purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your items.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses or bedding items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label (return shipping costs may apply)

Return Shipping Options

You have two options for returning your items:

  • Standard Return: Use our provided DHL/FedEx label (return shipping fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund)
  • Self-arranged Return: You may arrange your own return shipping at your expense

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you
