2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

- All original packaging and tags must be intact

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses or bedding items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Standard Return: Use our provided DHL/FedEx label (return shipping fee of £12.95 will be deducted from your refund)
- Self-arranged Return: You may arrange your own return shipping at your expense
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
